Frustration and Irritability....

Create a Toxic Attitude




In my quest to discover the cause (i.e. blame) and solution (avoid responsibility) to my petulant disposition, I uncovered something all together different. I had been in pursuit of a reason, perhaps someone whom I might blame for my frustration, and irritability which combined created a very unsavory attitude. However, a remedy continued to elude me regardless of whom, or how many, I held under scrutiny. This might indicate to some that I hadn't any grounds for such disagreeable moodiness, nevertheless, unable to stop myself I continued my hunt for a culprit! Certainly this happens to other women; doesn't it?...
